1080i/24p downrez for youtube/dvd

How do you down rez hi def footy in premier pro 3.0 to upload a trailer on youtube, and make dvd copies while I wait for blu-ray burner prices to drop?

Sorry if this is a dumb question , i've only ever done standard def workflow before.

Open (Import) your project into a SD Project

how do I adjust the pixel ratio? Everythings too big in th sd project?

Just export to Adobe Media Encoder from your HD project/timeline.

For DVD choose a high quality widescreen DVD(mpeg2) preset.

For youtube choose an h.264 or mpeg4 preset and try to adjust the compression (bitrate) to where your output will make the file size as close to 100 megabytes without going over.
