I have access to some free Pentax K lenses in excellent condition. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience using the Pentax mount with the Letus Extreme and an EX1. The lenses are 24mm f1.4, 50mm f1.8, sigma 135mm f1.8.

They work, just ordered Pentax K mount from Adapterplace.com -- The 24mm 1.4 is a fast wide, mang. How sharp is it?

A photographer friend of mine has no use for them but says they are excellent lenses and sharp, I'll let you know after I test them on the Letus.

I'm almost sure pentax doesn't make a 24 f/1.4 lens. They do make a 24 f/2.8. Do you know who the manufacturer of that lens is? I know Sigma makes a 24 f/1.8 lens that can come in k-mount.

I better check with him again and get the exact specs. I think he may have given me the numbers from memory he hasn't used them in years. I just wanted to get some member experiences before I bought the Pentax K mount.

Ok, I just got the actual specs on the lenses:
24mm f2.8
50mm f2
tamron 135mm f2.5

Alot different than what I thought they were at first, but hey they're free!!!
