Where to upload videos + charge to view

I know Google video (pre-youtube acquisition) was allowing people to upload videos and set a price to charge to download them. It seems they have discontinued this program.

Does anyone know of a site that allows you to upload videos and set a price to charge for the download?

istockvideo.com has something like this but its mostly for stock footage as opposed to shorts and other stuff.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Just to be more specific, this is for a client who wants to upload some sort of video that you have to watch to be certified for something.; so it's not really for a broad audience or anything.

I'd typically just upload it to their site, but a turnkey payment solution makes this sort of option appealing.

If it doesn't have to be streamed live, have the client put it on his server, and either build or contract someone to build a pay portal.
