Motion Title exported NTSC DV imports to Premiere 1.5 as 2.99 frames/second?

I had this problem a while back and never figured it out because I ended up using FCP to edit the sequence, however, it came up again and I would like to be able to make titles in Motion on the Mac and export it in a format that Premiere accepts. I've tried a few export settings in Motion that seemed logical but all either give an error, come up blank or are at the slow frame rate.

Any ideas?
 
had FCP to Perm issues before, try an uncompressed AVI, failing that lay it off to DV tape and pull it up, the common ground seems to help things espically if its for somthing small
