which software will remove Image/video noise

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and i'm looking for truly professional plug-in or extrenal application which can remove all noises from the video's images or high ISO....

Neat Video. Don't know whether it has a premier plugin, but it's by far the best.

Keep in mind that there's really no plug-in that's capable of removing all noises from your footage. Many does a good job, but you're basically trading resolution for a cleaner image.

Use AE, "remove Grain" works real nice on Noise, CAC and heaps of other crap up the passes and it will clean up heaps of stuff reall nice

Dont talk to me about noise!!! ARGHHH. Im actually trying to sell my HVX now as have given up on getting anoise free image...you shouldnt have to use plugins to get a noise free image! Simply by putting the gain to 0 it should do that for you.....no! The canon XHA1 does this perfectly. I can stand under a street light at night and not get one bit of noise or grain. With the HVX even on a sunny day...im getting noise from colours etc. I have asked a million questions to a million people and no one seems to be able to help me Im thining of buying the new Sony PMW EX1 instead. Dont get me wrong I think the HVX is a brilliant camera....its just the noise im getting...scaress me to use it for anything important...and thus prevents me from using it to make any money. P.S I use CS3 as well.
