I'm guessing because of the special lighting that its a silk screen surface that the image is being projected onto, and that the projector is on the ceiling just behind or in front of the silk screen, projecting a skewed image (which was rendered with the skew built in), so that when the skewed rendering is projected with the skew, it projects correctly.

Just a guess.

Fantastic concept though. Love it.

I'm pretty sure she was a projection as well. The image of her was not quite the same as how she appeared a moment later, obviously in person.

It was a projection. She looked like a projection, she never went further than the screen. That's why she was able to suddenly appear at another part of the stage (or is it another stage?)

It was another stage entirely, but she was definitly a projection.
