Whats wrong with my Handcock?

I'm finally getting around to creating a signature with banner and stuff.

While I've uploaded my banner (it fits within demanded dimensions), and it shows that it's been uploaded in my CP, it won't preview in the preview function, and still doesn't show up in my signature on my posts.

How can I get my Hancock to perform?

What's the difference between a balm, sav, ointment, liniment, and a lotion? Is it purely the grease content or is there a hancock issue involved?

To the OP... are you saving your changed sig? Going through the process in the CP and then once you see it there CHANGING it by saving it or are you in a loop of setting it up and then clicking the "change" button instead of the save button? Or something like that...

Also... is the kb size within the acceptable range?
