Are these usefull for 35mm adaptor?

I don't know much about making a 35mm adapter, but I want to try.
I want to use it on a GL2 58mm.
Would these items be what I need if I have a vibe setup that I can fit inside?

Also a premade rail?

for macro work... buy macro lenses. I've found that through experience with still photography

the lens hoods are cool, but unnecessary when you might be using a mattebox.
I have lens hoods that came with my Zeiss lenses

on the note of the bellows and rails and all... i'd go with a lensbaby before buying something like that
