how do i capture a still from fpc to print on dvd label

Help please,

I am trying to figure out how to capture a still to print on a label for a dvd cover, USING FCP.
Can any one help please. I can hardly push computer keys so step by step would help.

put the playhead on the frame you want. then go to file/export/quicktime conversion and change quicktime movie (or something) to still image
