The first 25 minutes or so is just the drill sargeant yelling....classic.

"Private Joker, are you trying to offend me??!!?"

Still, great film....and just after everyone thought Platoon was the definitive Vietnam war film.

This is seriously what U.S. Marine Corps boot camp was like up until the early 90s and I mean EXACTLY.
