Finally...after so many months of testing...I got my own Letus35HD100 Extreme! No need to mount the adapter to the end of the Fujinon...just directly to camera.

Why? Well I surely do not want to purchse two adapters...so now I am able to comfortably interchange from my Panasonic DVX100A to my JVC GY-HD100A with no problems. The picture looks real good...Christmas in March! Yipeee!

More to come...but for now...how about a little teaser?

Eeek, the way the camera is supported on that single aluminium thing looks pretty dodgy... Get a Zriser, they are really sturdy

Just a guess:

JVC camera body-> nikon mount adapter-> short extention tube-> 50mm lens-> letus?

very close indeed...only thing that is wrong is the extension tube....I am using a little lens in there.......

here is another picture.

By the way...for of all you concerned about the weight distribution...it is perfectly fine and solid as a rock...but just in case I just ordered the:

CAVISION
ADDITIONAL RISER SET
FOR LETUS35 EXTREME
DOF ADAPTER from Overland Films for $100. It should make it sturdier.

Next on the plate...video stills....

.............it looks like the ultimate DIY adaptor

it is my friend...it truly is... I just need to raise the cam a bit and I am golden. I am using a medium format lens...LOVE it......

the only thing that bothers me is that straight from Letus, the screen seems to have a itsy bitsy blemish...but I will have to take a closer look using a monitor to see if it truly is noticeable.....
