Who Needs a Movie?

Wow...

I wish I could achieve that excellent green screen effect (unless it was real, because it looked real!) And to be able to capture a sea monster on film is...amazing!

I am contacting them for my TimeFest entry because I am too lazy to do it myself.*

*Obvious use of satire is not meant to be taken seriously. Nick Lane is not lazy when it comes to filmmaking.

Their music video section is great. They're getting a hell of a lot more attention for their videos then I do for mine that's for sure......

I agree, I think my favorite one is this one.

Also, as far as satire goes, when I see the woman (Sharon?) talking I am almost positive it is fake, but Fred actually seems sincere...which is sad. I don't really know at this point. :huh:

I posted "hahahaha" as a comment to one of their videos, and they messaged me thanking me for the comment.

Nice! However, we should all be thanking them for their amazing contribution to the filmmaking community we call home. They have inspired me, as much as I am sure they have inspired you all. :thumbup:

That's it... I'm selling my stuff. I'll never live up to the standard set by these two.

Me too. Maybe I'll donate my XH-A1, MacPro, and Final Cut Studio package to them. Hey, I wonder if they offer an internship. That would be all I need.

Fell for it.......:Drogar-Evil(DBG):

Bottom line is we're talking about them but they ain't talking about us. Marketing at it's finest. Many an artist laughed their arse's off to the bank creating crap while others toiled in with their art.

I don't know. I'm not convinced it's satire. I'll say this...if it is satire then yes...I was completely fooled.
