Most disturbing movie scenes

sometimes you don't have to show much for something to be really creepy. those are the scenes that really get me. you know, the ones where you see all the bad stuff in your head and not on the screen
 
The scene in Eastern Promises when they're knife fighting (naked) in the restroom. So just take the naked scene in Borat and add a knife.

One of the most disturbing films of all time was Pink Flamingos. The scene with Babs Divine eating dog crap at the end was really disturbing.
 
Saw III didn't really get to me. There was too much violence to the point where it was expected and not disturbing.

i saw that at an austin theater where you can eat and drink. i had about a pitcher of beer watching the movie. what a bad idea that was.

GREAT GREAT movie.

i will never watch it again. good call drew.

Gore doesn't disturb me, I think that I'm just able to look at gore and see it as an effect. What gets me is reactions...

Man Bites Dog. Ouch did that movie have some horriable scenes (The crew rape scene comes to mind).
 
Tales of ordinary madness
When Chuck (Bukowski) tries to get inside the obese woman's womb.
 
Irreversible when the guy gets his head bashed in with the fire extinguisher. Out of all the gore movies and chopped up people I have seen in movies and in real life, this scene felt like i was really watching it happen. It had that snuff film feel.
