vegas 8 crashing when rendering out.

I tried uninstalling and installing a couple of times I have narrowed it down to the 32bit color setting. When i switch it back to 8 bit I can render out with no problem. The crashing only takes place when rendering a file, I have tried multiple templates and it did not make a difference. Anybody having this problem? I'm running win xp pro sp2, p4 3g 4gig ram.

I'm running into the same problem, but only randomly when rendering. Haven't found out why yet, but I'm also using 32-bit colour depth.
