Releases from someone other than the person being interviewed

[ESTEBEVERDE]

wow !

I AM GETING PAID FOR INTERVIEWS ! I AM AN EXPERT IN CERTAIN SENSITIVE SECURITY ISSUES AND A LOT OF TV STATIONS PAID ME WELL FOR SAYING WHAT I KNOW.

THANKS FOR CALLING THAT SLIMEY !

NOW TRY TO INTERVIEW ME

If you I was doing a documentary and you asked for payment I would say "One self proclaimed "securitry expert" asked for payment for our interview. We declined as that is both unethical and immoral."

If it were a T.V. show and I wanted to hire an expert commentator then and only then would I pay and I would disclose this.

Two different things all together.

Entirely different.

I don't know if a single legitimate news show that pays for any hard news story whatsoever.

In fact, they all pretty much explicitly prohibit it.

You might want to take a minute and educate yourself.

"— Be wary of sources offering information for favors or money; avoid bidding for news. "

This is kinda off topic so let's move it to it's own thread.

Yeah, what he said. The news never pays for interviews.
