PELICAN 1650 good for a hvx and brevis set up?

I found someone selling the pelican 1650. Will this be a good case to hold a panasonic hvx 200 on rails with the brevis attached? I just dont have the time to be setting up the whole camera before a shoot. I rather just pull it out of a case and rock and roll? Also 16X9 has a case that looks cool. Where you practically just slide the camera out. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I use a Pelican 1650 to store my camera with along with rails , 35mm adapter, lenses, light meter and matte box. I also have a number of other items stored in the same case and it's worked out great for me... And, I still have room left over for when I add a follow focus, external monitor and other essential camera-related goodies...

unless your car is micro size it will fit in the trunk. Pelican cases are the bomb. I'm using the 1550 for my DVX but now I need to upgrade to suit my LEX, rail system, mattebox and lenses..

If you do go Pelican, go with at least the 1600 (or a Storm case at least that big). This case will hold the HVX/flip combination left mounted on our 45cm rails. We have two of them, and now that we've got an HPX500, I wish we'd purchased the next size up. As an aside, we've been working on a new custom designed case that holds the Brevis and flip together. We're expecting them to arrive next week.
