Black lines on the left and right of the frame

I recently made a video for a group called Improv Everywhere and when I export the video, there are black lines on the left and right of the video. Here's the link. When you get there, click "Trains." How do I get rid of those lines?

That's normal for most cameras- has something to do with the sensors or something. You can always crop if you're exporting to web- you could make a new sequence set to the dimensions of your web vide- say 320x240. Then using the Motion tab, scale the video until you see no black edges.
