Maya accident: Please help

Hi I'm a new Maya user. While modelling something I accidently hid my tools menu and some other menus and now i can't get them back and can't move on.

Silly as this problem sounds, right now i am absolutely stuck. My maya turorial at lynda.com don't cover how to do this.

Please help
 
Hey there,

I know it might sound silly, but did you try to unhide the toolbox by going to Menu item Display-> UI Elements?

Okay that worked. Thank you guys very much.

They really outta put this info tutorial dvds. Or maybe they did and I was just to panicked to notice it.

But thank you both.
 
Well this is a pretty basic foundation overview to know, sometimes people tend to skip the little things (like me) and try and learn the harder things at first. Which will catch up to you in the long run. :)

Hope to see you post some amazing stuff soon. Maya is a mother load of a program and alot to learn, let me know if you need any more help. :)
