What CREDIT would you give this person?

I'm building the credits for a feature we shot over a year ago called White Knuckles and I'm trying to come up with an accurate job title for the person who did the following:

* on set management of P2 cards -- in charge of offloading and backing up all P2 media throughout the shooting day to hard drives, kept a written log of clips, and kept the rotation of P2 cards labelled with ascending reel numbers.

* at end of shooting day -- imported and labelled all P2 clips into FCP, and synced with broadcast WAV files from the production sound mixer.

* prepped project for editor -- with a cut of a rough assembly of "best takes" for director and cinematographer to view for reference.

what credit would you give this person?

Sounds like two credits, no? Assistant Editor and then something like a 2nd AC or Loader. I guess you could feel free to create a new title given this new P2 workflow that doesn't require a "Loader."

Camera Assistant (first, second, third A.C., whatever)

Editorial Assistant

Editorial Assistant is really subsumed by the Assistant Editor work; the second title is better than the first.

I'd credit once as some flavor of Camera Assistant, and once as an Assistant Editor.

Question of my own: I'm going to be directing, making all lighting decisions and mapping out every shot, yet I'm going to have someone else on the camera. "Camera monkey" is pretty apt in this situation because he's not making any creative decisions, but what should I credit him as? Camera Operator? He's not a DP.

This is probably a crazy question but anyway, What do you call the motion picture intro that comes up first with the name of the movie studio? and how do you get a GREAT one made? ONLY reply to this message if you know what it is.
