Totevision 703HD in PAL-land

I plan on getting this screen.

I am not the great DIY guy and don´t really know a lot about all the electric stuff.
The screen is asking for this voltage: 11-24 VDC, ±20%
So I guess any battery that has a 12V output should be able to run it, correct?

I could also get the package with battery and AC included (for an extra $ 130), but my question is, if that charging unit will be running in Europe with 220V also and if anyone ever tried that screen in PAL-land (50Hz) and knows it works over here.

Yes, 12V should be OK; no problem.

I'm using a Tekkeon battery set at 12V with this monitor and it works great; powers it for hours.
