Had a cool idea for the forums while I was on holiday... I swapped cameras with my girlfriend (her digi-still for my HVX). So, she was there, shooting with the HVX, holding it like a rookie, and it was hot. Something about a woman holding a HVX, fek, I swear.

So, I was thinking, why don't we all post up some pics of our women holding / shooting with our hefty cameras? Would that be killer or what? :)

Been lingering for ages, got my HVX in Nov 07, so yeah it was the catalyst.

PS: I meant pics of our women holding our cameras, so it's unique from the previous post. I don't know what women you associate with, but to have a woman interact with your HVX is something special. Usually they have nothing but contempt for our interests.

Yayo, I understand where you're coming from. My wife loves that I'm happy living and breathing video 24-7, but she can't understand my passion for it.

My wife won't hold my HVX, she says it's too small. She prefers my old BVWD-600. It was huge and heavy.

My girlfriend shoots on her HVX all the time. The only thing in her college fridge was beer and 16mm film. She is also a great Avid editor. Eat your hearts out guys!
