Video and Audio Sync Way Off Track

Hi everyone... I can't figure this out.

I've rendered the following video at least 50 times using different settings on Vegas and can't see to get everything to line up. The lips and voice are way off track. I can't add my other videos to the site until I figure out what's happening here (note: the other links aren't active)

I shot a ton of video but can't seem to figure out what's happening here. Here are the settings I used on Vegas to get this:

Audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, WMA9.
Video: 29.97 fps, 400x300, PAR=1.3333, WMV V9 CBR Compression, Smoothness 90.
Use this setting for high-quality HD video playback on a 3.0 GHz computer or better.

Now maybe it's the company I'm using to upload the video to where they convert it into flash.

Is there an alternative company anyone can recommend? I don't want to use video sharing sites like youtube, I want to be able to have 100% control over what appears on my videos after they play, and like to manage them through a control panel. Or is there an alternative where I can host videos and convert to flash myself?

Any advice is appreciated.

Does it look like that in the files you rendered before you submitted them for conversion to flash?

It's hard to see where the synch goes awry. It looks like it's OK right at the beginning, but then it goes seriously wrong pretty quickly, as though there was a velocity envelope on the video slowing it down progressively, leaving the audio to progress at the normal rate. A typical drifting synch wouldn't manifest itself that quickly.

I just went back and looked at the rendered video and it's perfect...maybe it's the company I'm using whose system converts my rendered video into flash... any alternatives. I guess I should upload to youtube and see if I get the same result.
