Please help me about Anti flicker

I've some footage from hvx502 - DVCPRO HD 720/50P, There are so much of flick.
I used ANTI FLICKER filter and set to full power in my Edius 4.5 but it seem nothing's changed.
So anyone please help me how to remove evry flicker.

The anti-flicker filter is essentially a field-blending filter so it won't help if the flicker isn't generated by interlacing.

Unlucky, My footage are DVCPRO HD 720/50p.
And flicker in my footage is from shot in Auto-Iris mode, So do you know that there is any plug in for edius or premiere to resolve my trouble ?

Ouch, sounds like you will have to use some keyframed color correction - you can do that in EDIUS, but it sounds like hours of work. Perhaps there are After Effects plug-ins to auto-correct or something...
