Sigma 18-50mm f2.8?

I have to chime in...
I have the Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5
I use it on my Letus35 Extreme

as well as my Nikon D50

I do have to zoom in farther than normal when using this lens on my 35mm adapter. But it still works beautiful...
Shot this this morning to give you a feel. No Color Correction, Various Focal Lengths.

Very cool. I wondered if more zoom would be an answer for the adapter issue but since I don't own one and haven't used one I didn't want to assume it would.

Do you notice and side effects of having to zoom in more?
 
No negative side effects when zooming in on the GG more. Only the camera's focus setting changes a little. In addition I had to Jam the aperture open with a small piece of toothpick.
