And it still works.

Ten minutes after dropping it in the industrial toilet in the Airport headed to GA. I take things apart alot--

Today, right before it goes onto ebay because the reception SUCKS now. And it was pretty good BEFORE hand--

Gotta hand it to the phone, cause I plugged it in RIGHT after I did it and hadn't even had the chance to dry it out more than banging it against a seat to get the water out.

Yeah I sure as heck did, though. The holes in those toilets are big enough to flush a phone for sure. If it wasn't for my headphones, the phone would've been gone. I had to reach pretty deep.

:D It was funner dismantling it in the airport and people going "OMG he's taking an iPhone apart! HE'S MAD!".

They should see my dismantled HVx200 pictures.

Of course I am. Although I did say BIG PUDDLE OF WATER instead of PUBLIC TOILET. Cause, well it WAS a big puddle of water. =\ Am I bad? And, there wasn't anything IN the toilet but fresh (as fresh as toilet water can be) water. It hadn't been USED yet. Gahd no.
 
i dropped my iphone into a bucket of ice water. somehow, the water sensor (located in the ear phone port) didn't turn pink. I took it to the apple store. The guy shone his fancy LED light into the hole. Then he looks at me and says... sorry I can't fix this... I'll just have to replace it.
 
It's up to 265 on Ebay now. Hope it goes for 400+ So I can get a new one.

Thing is, people want to pay for a phone without having to get the ATT contract which is good for me. :DDDD

On the HVX ripping: It was so fun! Everyone should rip apart their camera now-and again.
 
I once dropped my phone in the toilet and with great disgust retrieved it, washed the phone really well, then I managed to take apart the phone to clean the mother board. gah

I've dropped my phone in a tub full with water and it stood there 10 minutes and it steel works. I think that the company who made them it's very important.
 
Wow. I might throw my phone away if I dropped it on the floor of an airport bathroom. Those are nasty, nasty places.

I'm not in the habit of throwing away 450.00 dollars. That's what cleanin' agents are for is for.
