Stomach Growl Sound Effect

Does anyone know where I can find a sound effect that sounds like a stomach growl when someone is hungry? I would record my own..but I'm not quite sure how to achieve this. I usually use soundtrack pro but I can't seem to find anything that sounds close.

Depending on the effect you're after, you could perform it vocally. It takes a bit of practice, but I've found that a throaty "ribbit" through closed lips is a good place to start. Sometimes it helps to pitch it down a bit.

Alternately, you could try to induce sufficiently loud digestive sounds, but I don't recommend it.
