MY CABLE CAM (Picture)

Vignetting is when the image gets darker or desaturated or messed up in other weird ways I don't know enough about on the edges...

LOVE IT... great for this type of stuff... you did good to pull this together for that shot... do more! edit it together with other stuff! and show us! :)
 
I'd have to guess that if you used the same camera for "devons crash" (which is clean), you used a wide angle adaptor of some sort that darkens the corners when shooting the "zip test"...
 
yea chris your right i did use the same camera my DVX100b shoots it all lol the crappy part is purchasing a fish eye is like 600$ and i jsut dont have the money right now which i wish i did it would have looked much better that the wide angle adapter i hate the one i have ha
 
when using the cable cam be sure to use rope good climbing type rope not bradded cable because the vibration from the wheels might mess up your camera.
Trust me I know I built the same type of unit I purchased the materials from home depot.
 
i ment vignetting how much did your raynox run? alekstef

and lowercase it was all gravity feed i would give it a small push at the start and it would go on its way from there and make it the rest the way down
