Anyone that has used this systems around?

GLIDECAM VISTA HEAD II ($2400)
VARIZOOM MC100 ($3200)

I am planing to purchase full 360° pan and tilt Control System. Currently I'm Pretty confused which one to pick. what I really want is something that does the job and does it well well well with my EZFX JIB.

How this 2 systems compare to each other?

Help will be much appreciated
Thanks

I really like the Glidecam products, as long as you know their limitations (we have the Smoothshooter and the camcrane)
So considering that the vista head 2 is new to their line-up, I suppose it´s a solid unit, even a lower-cost brand can´t afford to put out sth that could harm their reputation...
That said I never bought anything over 1K without trying it out first, only way to really be sure...

Thanks SP.
I do like the Glidecam and Verizoom, they have made many good products.
I just want to know what the limits are .
Is it worth it to pay extra ($1200) for MC100?

Has anyone else had any feedback?

Checkout cameraturret.com. They have a new model out that handles cameras up to 10 pounds and costs around $1000.

We have Vista Head at work. It works fine on a variety of Jibs and Cranes. Haven't used Varizoom yet, so making a comparison at this point for me is moot.

Try renting both and comparing for yourself.

Thank for the Link.

Cameraturret.com manufacture P20 ($1499) and P4 ($2049).
I contact customer service (781 585 7400)and found out that Cameraturret.com also manufacture remote head for glidecam.

Craig:
Vista head II designed to handle cameras weighing up to 30 pounds. how is that features super smooth and high-torque motors at 30 pounds?
