its fixed baby!!!! And it's on tonight

For anyone who is interested - here is a picture of Chris' andromeda case from another thread - shows how portable this can be.

that's what i need. my concern with run and gun "style" filmmaking was really how tethered you are to the system. on Heart of Now I had a few moving shots that follow a character well over 100 feet in distance. sounds like the 3-D system is fully portable though. pieces of which can be seen here...

i need to keep my camera relatively untethered, baby!

Anyone have a link to XLUT?
I looked it up and all the download links I found led back to the Real Stream site - and you have to be an Andromeda user to login and download it.

EDITED TO ADD:
Ahhhh, I didn't realize it was made by Reel Stream - the way he mentioned it at first I thought it was made by some other party.

You know what's interesting - if whoever bought the Andromeda technology actually decides to sell individual mods now... they'll probably sell twice as many as Reel Stream ever did - just because people are now worried they won't have the option in the future.

if anyone was interested - xLUT is still on the Reel-Stream site here

From the Reel-Stream site:
xLUT is a camera-independent color grading and color lookup table editor for Mac OS X, which is capable of exporting in most popular LUT formats. The software features real-time preview of changes performed on a test image, lossless spline curve format, and much more.

Like Chris said - not very useful if you aren't using Andromeda or something like Combustion or Flame, etc etc...but, figured it would be good to link to it anyhow - since it was mentioned on the show.
