Zeiss F mount vs Canon FD

After spending 10yrs shooting music videos and TVC's on Arri 435's and SR2's, i bought my heavyX two summers ago.
I have not shot on film since.(www.wildkumar.com has some video clips)
so it comes as no surprise that i like many others i have been drooling over the new Zeiss F mount lens.We've used ultra primes in the past and they are some of the sharpest lens ever made.Now my question to all in this wonderful club is, does anybody have an FD set as well as Zeiss F mount? if so please, would love to see a comparison.I saw something on the red forum but nothing detailed...maybe somebody has already done one?

Don't know if it's been done yet as I haven't seen the info anywhere either but I'm running the Letus Extreme with Nikon Glass but I also use a Carl Zeiss Planar T* 1.4/85 which is just a drool machine of a lens. I also have Canon FD glass but no FD attachment for the Letus so I can't compare at the moment. I would however recommend Zeiss ZF or Nikon F over Canon FD for optical qualities and more simply, ease of use mainly regarding the aperture control and 35mm DOF adapter mounting quality... yeah i'd bookmarked the zeiss website a while back but it would be awesome to see some real comparison tests, also i've got to figure out how to post some of our newer work with the M2adapter FD combo.hats off to all the good folks who take time to post!:thumbup:
