I know that I for one am not here to disparage or denigrate anything or anyone. I dont think you'll find an aggressive statement anywhere in my previous post. And after this, I will try not to post in this thread again, because it is becoming something other than what it should be.
"I'm perfectly willing to concede we're not a boutique shop and may not offer the level of hand-holding and coddling some seem to think substitutes for experience and knowledge."
Quite honestly I do not believe I misinterpreted what you posted in any way - feel free to retract what you said, but please don't insinuate that I can't read. If anyone feels I'm being unfair in saying this, please comment so that a reader of this thread would not be given a lopsided view of the opinions expressed here. The beauty of this forum is that it truly enable freedom of expression.
I certainly don't deny Mr Posner the right to defend his company, but in the same way, we the customers have every much as right to criticise, debate, and discuss our service and equipment providers. Our opinions and purchase decisions are, after all, what keeps companies like B&H afloat.
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, but thanks anyway.
