Ten million problems so I need to recapture six hours of footage. Horray.
Last time I had a bunch of errors in capture while capturing for 2:3:3:2 advance pull down removal in FCP 5.1.4.
When capturing 24pA footage in FCP 5.1.4 what is the exact correct method. As per the stickied post I do not see a checkbox that says 'remove advanced pulldown".
Do I want to use the capture preset (under capture/input while in log/capture) for advanced pulldown? Or do I capture in 29.97 and use media manager? Ugg! Real annoyed that I have to recapture so I just want to make sure everything is correct.
The way I captured before I was not able to view footage that was dragged onto the timeline without rendering first. This was insane and frustrating and possible to edit on.
