[crs127]

Just got an email from the Adapterplace.com, they now have PL mounts!
this is great news.

Got the email too. Utter sickness. Ordering asap.

Excellent -- that was much faster than I had even hoped.

See, one of the secrets I knew has been announced.

[DeGrey]

We HAD to announce it because we didn't trust DCP.
LOL, totally kidding man

Anyone care to comment on how much better cine lenses would be on the HVX? I've shot lots with them on F900s, but no ideas how much better they would be than Nikons on the HVX.

Also, is the PL mount a retrofittable item - can you have both and use them interchangeably?

[DeGrey]

Adam,
The lens mounts can be changed out on the Extreme if that's what you mean. So you could have a Nikon mount and PL mount and switch out to one or the other as needed.

I think any improvement in glass is welcomed on any of these adapters. Not to mention, Nikon SLR lenses aren't manufactured for constant moving frames.

I can comment on Zeiss SuperSpeeds + M2 looking incredible first hand. Looking forward to what the Letus EX and the same combo will do.
