Riser Blocks to mount Letus Extreme to Redrock / Zacuto rails?

Anyone looking at some kind of custom built or after market riser block for Redrock or Zacuto rails or is everyone just buying new rail sets? I haven't looked in detail but so far can't find anything that may work specifically for this without investing in a different set of rails.

I hate to get rid of my Redrock rails but figure if I have to in order to buy something that will fit the LEX, I may have to. Wondered if anyone's figured out an alternative? Anyone have a CNC and wanna try a riser block that can mount to the more traditional rod systems?

I'd get someone to machine a block and tap it before getting rid of Zacuto. There's no substitute. Best Rod and Rail system out.
