Print Video To Tape

just upgraded from 5 to 8 and now Print Video To DV Tape doesn't recognize my camera.

I have no problem capturing or printing to tape through the capture window but that doesn't give me bars and tone.

And i can still open version 5 and Print Video To DV Tape with no problem. But i can't open any VEG files that have been altered in version 8.

There's a new window that opens in 8 when i select Print Video to Tape that asks me to choose my device type. And no matter which type i choose there are no devices available.

Any ideas?
 
Have you tried to go beyond that step? Choose the OHCI Compliant 1394 device; don't worry if the bar below it is greyed out. Just move forward.
 
It's a fair question. There was a bug in version 6 which sometimes prevented printing to tape, and it embarrassed me in front a client once.
