Authoring DVD in States for Italy?

Hi all,
At work we're mastering a DVD with English and Spanish audio tracks for use at an art show in Italy (the artist is from Mexico and lives in Texas). She will play the disc on her Mac through a projector or on a monitor, but she would also like to hand out copies. It's a 24p DVD at 720x486, but Italy is PAL (um...25fps, 525 lines or so?). If the DVD is region free is it going to be an issue for people to play the disc? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Italy is PAL, but it doesn't seem to matter. In an unbelievable stroke of good luck for us US producers, PAL DVD players all seem to be compatible with NTSC DVDs. I've sold NTSC DVDs to hundreds of customers in dozens of PAL countries and they all work.

From Italy, just a suggestion:
If you think that the DVD will be played in computers, no problems at all
But if it's palyed on DVD palyers, Barry is correct, but just few has a TV set that accepts a Ntsc signal, or a DVD palyer that convert it to Pal. Certainly all the ones that have got a new LCD/Palsma TV can read a Ntsc signal coming from any DVD player here.
