Copy project to the group

How do I copy my my project to the group. We have group working at the
same project. Sometimes some of the miss 2 days but by the time they
are back we have to wait for them to synch out with us. Is there
somehow i can just copy my project to them then we are all can start
together again.

What/how are you all working on the same project ?

For the tutorial purposes. When you trim your clips and if one of the kid is behind them we have to wait for him or her until we are at the same duration. I guess I should thought about by copy the project. Never mind then.
