Flipping the image for my 35mm adapter

So I've recently completed construction of my 35mm adapter, but I've ran into a problem; The image of course needs to be flipped/rotated 180 degrees, but when I do this (I have Adobe Premiere 6.0) the image looses a lot of quality when I export it. I've tried two ways, first, flipping it horizontally & then vertically. Second, using the motion tool to keep it rotated at 180 degrees.

But yeah, it looks like crap. Is there some better method I could use? Is there some trick to it? Do I just simply need newer better software (which I can't afford)? Please help.

My first suggestion would be get CS3 or at least premiere pro (version 7) the motion was completly overhauled in pp7 and Premiere 6 was pretty dam rough,

Alteritivaly if money is an issue, the filters included with Virtual Dub are
excellent, I found Avid liquid was doing the same thing a simple flip was really
hurting the finally output, the virtual dub solution is cheap, just google it its a piece of cake to use, its free and its pretty much the best high speed trimmer ever made

Thank you SO much. Yes, money is currently an issue (I just spent it all on my first DVX & buying things to make an adapter), so I downloaded VirtualDub, it worked great. It kept the image nice and crisp and smooth. Sometime today I'll be posting pictures of my adapter and some initial test footage (now rightside-up thanks to you), so check that out later. Thanks again.
