Canon user thread - post your pictures here

It definitely was my intention - it was just a Sunday at the races with my dad, so after bets, I didn't want to wait - so I took pictures of the "photo finishes" myself. I thought it would be a cool look.

A lot of them look similar, but I'll be going through a good set of them, making them have the race history feel for a slideshow.

Appreciate the compliments guys.

Its pretty cool, but I'm not sure where to look first. I WANT to look at the color, first...but my eyes are just drawn to the left of the image too. I like the reflection a lot though.

Thanks.
I think it´s meant to be like that since you have to look at the color and at the text as well. Maybe that creates some tension.

Here's a few more practice shots that I took of my nephew's toys, another friend of mine and at the race tracks again.

Haha, that is a very cool picture though. I like it. I've shot some stuff with a 5D too and it took incredible pictures.

The spiderman picture was a little soft for my liking - if the foreground was a little sharper it would have come out nicer. The girl takes MUCH better pictures than that, but we were just hanging out, and she was bumming it. I'll come up with a photoshoot one day with a collection of girls haha, just for DVXusers.

Hey Rick, thanks for your comment. You put them very rarely as I noticed.
How are you doing?

Hey PT-

I'm doing all right. I am still adjusting to the move. So, I sometimes don't log on to DVXuser for a few days at a time. Its not so much being too busy its a matter of not having a routine yet. Sometimes I forget to log on and see how my International camera geek friends are doing.

Maybe you´re getting old. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

And where are the pics from your new home? I would like to see some. :)

edit: Forgot my new picture.^^
