I've tried the M2 with the Fujinon lens. I was able to fill the screen, but never acheive edge to edge sharpness - only the center or the edges.
2/3" Relay Lens. Who Will Save Us?

The Brevis, with two of our spacer rings, will work on the larger cams. Given the length of the resulting rig, the relay makes a lot more sense though.
