Are these Hongkong filters crap?...Please help

I'm looking for a nice UV filter and a cirular polarizer for my DVX100a.
Reading through a lot of posts here I'm convinced of buying either a B&W or Hoya multicoated filter as they are said to be the best.

Now my question:
Looking for cheap shops or sellers that have these filters I came across this seller from Hongkong:

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280152489211&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=018

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280152492032&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=018

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280152492069&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=018

Do you think these a legitimate and good filters or are they supposely plagiarisms with cheap glass and no coating? What do you think about this seller or Hongkong sellers in general and where is the cheapest legitimate place to buy original Hoya or B&W filters?

Thanks for your help,
Manfred

Nobody want's to give an opinion?
Let me ask another way:
If you were looking for a 72mm UV and polarizer filter, would you consider buying those mentioned above?

Thanks,
Manfred

The B+W is a great filter. I would never get anything less than the absolute best possible filter; everything your camera sees is through that filter. I don't use a filter unless absolutely necessary; when I do, it's a B+W MRC. Heliopan is another great brand.

But I don't know if those auctions are legit or for some ripoff or whatever you're asking. All I know is that if you get a genuine B+W, that's a pretty good start.
