Nikon Lenses with Follow Focus

How are you guys using your Nikon lenses with a follow focus? I just bought a letus and a bunch of Nikons and noticed the barrel moves on the lens which will cause the gears on the follow focus not to mesh.

I bought some redrock lens gears....maybe I just have to double them up on each lens to use the FF???? would be kinda expensive.

Looking for advice....

what follow focus are you using as the drive gear and lens gear ring have to have the same pitch

I've used the redrock ff and gears on nikons that their barrells moved and it has not been an issue. The gears were big enough to make a good contact though the entire range of motion.

I'm using Nikon lenses. I have a cavision FF. I just ordered redrcok gears, but haven't received them yet. Maybe it will all work out.
