where would i learn to load 24pa uncompressed

I want to load my footage, now that i'm done my cut, back into my external drive uncompressed so that i can recut it and have final output to d-beta at highest quality. I'm working in fcp. Is there an article somewhere that someone can recommend. Thanks.
 
Pretty much export as QT Conversion to 10-bit uncompressed then playout with a Kona card. I show how to do this in my DVD but it's pretty much that simple.
