Letus 35A with an HVX? What are my options?

I own a DVX 100B and a Letus 35A and together they've treated me very well. I've assembled a collection of 6 fixed focal length lenses from 24mm to 200mm and one zoom (35 to 105), so I've invested a fair amount of money and in all honesty I quite enjoy the entire 35mm adapter shooting work flow with the lens swapping and all.

The reason that I'm writing is that my college has just purchased a handful of HVX 200s and my department now has access to them for all of our production work. I would really love to use my lenses with the HVX but the filter diameter is not 72mm like my that of my DVX.

I was hoping one of you resourceful video geniuses had figured a way to mod the Letus 35A to fit the HVX. Is this even possible? Is the focusing screen and the achromat up to the resolution of HDV?

Well thats good to know. Thanks for the link.

I figured a step down ring would work in theory but I guess I was just unsure of the quality issue. I get a fair amount of grain with my DVX and I assume an HVX would pick up even more. Has anyone out there used a step down ring with a Letus 35A and an HVX?

That's how we all get our 35mm adapters to fit the HVX200. It doesn't affect the picture.
