Check out this irony....an impromptu LA DVXuser meeting borne from a thread I started yet I CANNOT go.....sometimes life isn't on the level.
 
Brandon... if I can get a picture with you then that will be my favorite (and probably ONLY) souveniere :-) It would be even better to get pics with everybody! We all got these damn Nikons!

Jeez... Nikon should send Jeremy a freakin' commission check! I'm not positive, but he was one of the early guys to get on board with the D50... I think I first got my motivation from Issac Brody's D70 pics from wherever the heck that was... but once Jeremy got the D50 and started cranking out those great pics I couldn't wait any longer... I bought my Nikon within a month or two after him.

Then all you guys copied off of me. :happy:

Well, I can't speak for you guys and your pre-mature ejacumeeting...but I have just reserved a moving truck for the 21st. As soon as they come to collect my doo, I will be on the road again. And, Goin' places that I've never been. And, Seein' things that I may never see again. Man, I can't wait to get on the road again.

Yeah...but thats up for debate. I want to stop and see stuff...she just wants to rip the drive off fast like a band-aid.

Chances are, we'll crank the first day, Tuesday, and ALL day Wednesday from the crack until nearly midnight to get to our first planned stop, Littleton Colorado. Then spend all day Thursday in Colorado. Early Friday morning drive to Vegas baby. Vegas. Then, up at the crack on Saturday and arrive at around 1pm. Thats how I'm figuring it. Barring no major problems.

you, kimko, and i and any other actors in the LA area from DVXuser are going to have to stay in touch. I know I will be 2.5 hours away at first but I need to get back into the scene and flow of things and get connected.

So, we'll definitely have to meet and greet within the first couple of months...get Kimko to join us etc...
 
I look forward to seeing you when you make it out here. Kimko is still recovering from an accident but I think he'll probably be fairly well recovered by the time you get out here.
