Double Exposure/Layered photos?

Wondering exactly what process I should use to get this kind of image on my D80, in camera.

I dont know if theres any trickier way but back in the great analog days you just never advanced the film and exposed it twice - why not just composite in photoshop? I suppose if everything was strobe lit you could set it to bulb and have two tripods and lights preset and move between the two while keeping the shutter open. and let the flashes expose both images. kind of a pain and not all that practical though.

There's a double exposure feature on the D80. It's in the manual.

doh - or just use the double exposure feature... i dont believe my little d70 does that...
