Freeze Frame to iphoto libary

I'm trying to post a freeze frame from a movie to myspace, but how do I get a freeze frame to iphoto? Or do I even want to use a freeze frame to do this? Anyone know an easy way? thanks in advance.

Shift+n creates a freeze frame. When you press that combo it loads it into the viewer,
You can do one of a couple things.
-drag into browser then export using quicktime conversion
-or just drag from the browser to you desktop and it will auto export.
with the first choice you can choose your format, the second one you cant

One more question, using quick time conversion is there an option for a single frame picture, and then how do I get it in to iphoto? I have only made quick time videos thus far.

QuickTime Conversion -> Still Image (towards the bottom) -> Save As......

There's also, the 'Options' button (before the save) to select PNG, JPEG, etc....
