Best way to Show HD clips ???

I have been compressing to mp4 out of my editor and then uploading to google video.
Quality is not great. (transitions blocky etc.)
I've seen some widescreen QT-mov's that i really like.
Whats the best way to get CLEAN clips on the web for public viewing?

i can create the file, but where can i post it?
google & youtube seem to compress alot & theyre 4x3
i see some very clear wide screen samples on here.
does any have any hosting options for my hires clips?
