Questions about a Reel

I'm finally thinking of a serious Reel, but would like some opinions from others.
I do mostly freelance/second shooter stuff. Most of the time I am lucky to get a Thank You email, let alone footage from the event, but I have on occasion received a finished DVD. How much of this should I use? Obviously not all the footage is mine, so do I use the title sequence, my shots, and credits?

your footage only. cut to music. trying to strike a balance of slick cutting and making the shows are identifiable from the selected footage when possible.

Man... that's going to be a short reel! I was counting on the title and credits to fill it out some. Thanks for the advice though

What do you recommend, about 60-90 seconds?

Seems good to me. I finally cut mine down to 90 seconds and feel a lot better about it.
