How to tell if a clip is used in the sequence?

Is there a way to tell if a clip is used in the current sequence?

A sort bin by timeline timecode or something?

Only way I've found is to open the clip in the view and then match frame.. But when your dealing with hundreds of clips and you just want to find the ones you haven't used.. well.. that would take a while...

When you select the cip in the bin there should be in the detail area of it information that says where it is

If you want to find the unused files in one bin, select all the files in the bin, type CMD F (or menu EDIT>FIND) and select the drop down menu next to the "for" and select "unused media"...presto...list of unused media appears.

Nice! The find command is very handy..

You can also color code your clips in the browser and it will color all instances of those clips in your timeline.
